If Driver is not working as expected, try the steps below before contacting support.

1. Restart the app

Fully close and reopen Driver.

2. Restart your device

Power your phone off and back on.

3. Update Driver

Install the latest version of Driver from the App Store or Google Play.

4. Check permissions

Driver requires:

  • camera access
  • location access
  • motion & fitness access

5. Check available storage

Low storage may affect:

  • recording
  • uploads
  • playback

6. Connect to WiFi and charging

Uploads work best while:

  • connected to WiFi
  • charging

7. Disable battery optimization

Some devices restrict recording or uploads while apps run in the background.
