Power your phone off and back on.
3. Update Driver
Install the latest version of Driver from the App Store or Google Play.
4. Check permissions
Driver requires:
- camera access
- location access
- motion & fitness access
5. Check available storage
Low storage may affect:
- recording
- uploads
- playback
6. Connect to WiFi and charging
Uploads work best while:
- connected to WiFi
- charging
7. Disable battery optimization
Some devices restrict recording or uploads while apps run in the background.
