Sometimes, the Driver app experiences some bugs! This may happen for a variety of reasons, including:
- The Driver app needs to update.
- Your device's OS may need to update to be compatible with Driver.
- Your devices storage is full. Try making some room by deleting other apps/files, or by clearing your devices cache by performing a forced restart on your device. To force restart your device, follow these instructions for iOS and Android.
If the above solutions do not work, please delete and reinstall Driver from the App Store or Google Play Store. If you use Driver Premium, ensure you are logged into your account after reinstalling.
