Why did my recording stop?

If your recording stopped unexpectedly, Driver may have been interrupted by your device or system settings.

Common causes

Device overheating

High temperatures may cause your device to stop recording or close apps automatically.

Low storage space

Insufficient storage may interrupt recordings or prevent videos from saving correctly.

Battery optimization or background restrictions

Some devices limit recording activity while apps are running in the background.

App interruptions

Force closing Driver or switching away from the app in unsupported ways may interrupt recording.

How to reduce interruptions

• keep your device charging while recording
• disable battery saver mode
• keep sufficient storage available
• keep Driver visible on screen when recording (full screen or picture in picture)
• keep Driver updated

If the recording stopped unexpectedly, check whether the trip appears in your upload gallery.
