How do I use Driver's roadside assistance?

Roadside Assistance is part of the Driver Premium membership! Roadside assistance services are included in the cost of your Driver Premium subscription.

To request service, open the Driver app and select the perks page. You will see an option to "Request Assistance" then fill out the details on the assistance you need.

The following limitations apply:

• Currently available in the United States only.
• Available to use 7 days after starting your Driver Premium subscription.
• Towing services include 15 free miles per request. Additional mileage or towing requests will be charged to the user by our roadside assistance provider.
• One request per service type within a three month period is included in your subscription. Additional requests will be charged to the user by our roadside assistance provider, but can still be requested through the Driver app.
• Driver has the right to disable roadside assistance services included in the Driver Premium subscription to users who abuse its services.
