Can Driver record audio?

Yes, Driver provides audio recording functionality. It is disabled by default, but can be enabled following these steps:

iOS:

To enable audio recording:

1. Open Driver.
2. Go to the profile page.
3. Open settings at the top right corner.
4. In the "Recording" section, find "Record audio at all times," and toggle it on.
5. A message will appear warning about possible interruptions with bluetooth or phone calls. Tap "Got it."

Android:

To enable audio recording:

1. Open Driver.
2. Select the menu button at the top left of the screen.
3. Select "Settings."
4. Under "Recording Options," find "Always Record Audio," and enable by checking the box to the right.

Audio Recording in the Driver Cloud:

When playing your trips through the Driver Cloud, audio is muted by default. You can unmute audio by tapping the volume icon below the video player.
